The product was later acquired and now lives on as a component inside a larger trading platform.
The brief was to make a retail investor's portfolio feel like something they could actually read at a glance — not a spreadsheet, not a wall of tickers. Below is that product, section by section, with the thinking behind each screen.
An AI-generated read of what actually moved the stock today, timestamped, sitting directly beside the price — so the "why" and the "what" never need two separate clicks to connect.
"Holdings" and "Potential" are two different lists with two different jobs — what you actually own, and what you're deciding on — instead of one undifferentiated watchlist pretending they're the same decision. Alongside it, a filing gets condensed into plain sentences with the source cited, not a 22,000-word document to scroll through.
Overlaying a few tickers is easy to promise and hard to make useful — the tooltip does the actual work, converting four overlapping lines into one readable number per stock at the exact point you're looking at, while "comparison suggestions" solve the blank-canvas problem before it starts.
